Couldn’t ask for a better experience at such a sad time. Dominic kept us informed and... answered all our questions right from the initial enquiry to the final day.We chose Fallon‘s because we felt they understood our needs. When we first rang Dominic Expressed his sympathy and then listened to what we were asking, his attitude was kind but professional, which was just what we needed.Most of the other funeral directors we had spoken to had a rather simpering attitude and were focusing on “oh you poor thing” - not listening to our questions and definitely not what we needed. Some of them were abrupt because we had called on a weekend, outside their normal working hours.At no time was there any pressure from Dominic for us to use their service. No hidden add-ons, unlike other funeral directors. We particularly liked the fact that Fallon family funerals are actively trying to fight funeral poverty. The fact that Fallons were substantially cheaper than any other funeral directors was a pleasant surprise.read more

We recently had the funeral of our father and these guys were 100% on the ball with... everything from start to finish. Could always get through when i rang. They would sit, they would listen and they would help. They recommended a minister whom everyone thought knew my father the way she spoke about him. Dominic and sandra was just very professional and experienced at there job. On the day of the funeral they took really good care of us all frequently asking if we were ok, was there anything we needed. 2 wks after the funeral they rang to ask if we were all ok and to see how we were all coping. I was trying to arrange a funeral for a friend of mine and unfortunately there was not a... lot of money . I tried every funeral director in south Manchester and all of them were out of reach to pay for the funeral the cheapest i found was £3200 and that was just for a hearse and you had to meet it at the crematorium well this was not on . so i decided to ask my phone for family undertakers . and up came Fallon Family Funerals ltd well from the min the phone was picked up at the other end i felt a real peace come over me. i was talking to Dominic he put me at ease right away i explained the situation to him and he was not at all interested in the money his words to me was lets get this lady sorted we went on to chat for a short time .he gave a full funeral with hearse and 1 family car and all other fees included total cost £2490 the service we received from Dominic and his team was 5* and i have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful small Family who treated us with dignity and respect on behalf of my friends family thank you all at Fallon Family Funeralsread more
