About Fallon Family Funerals
Fallon Family Funerals is a fully independent and family-owned Funeral Directors covering all of Greater Manchester and the North West of England.
We are a husband and wife team. Dominic, a former Royal Marine, has worked in the funeral industry over the past eighteen years and Sandra through her family, has been in the industry for the past hundred years.
We have a natural desire to be there for others when needed and pride ourselves on providing a service which is remembered for quality and genuine concern by all families we assist. Being an independent family business is important to us. It allows us to build strong relationships with the families we support. We are open, understanding, respectful and professional.
While our funeral homes are located in Droylsden and Burnage we have the privilege of taking care of families within the Greater Manchester area, distance is not an issue.
Here at Fallon’s our main aim is to give the service that ourselves would expect for our loved one at a fair price which does not in any way effect the service.
Let our family care for your family.

Ex- Royal Marine. Fighting the rise of funeral poverty. Families struggle to cover the cost of Funeral Service.
After leaving the Royal Marines Dominic was out of work and struggling to pay the bills. This was affecting how he was feeling because as the main breadwinner, he felt that he wasn’t providing for his family.
He was looking around to try and take support and discovered that the British Legion are there to help long after you’ve completed your service. They also help the families of service men and women. In talking to the Legion, they offered to put Dominic through an HGV course which got him back into work where he was able to work hard, get promoted and develop himself.
This was a real gift at the time and got him back into regular employment and gave the family some stability in terms of earnings. More importantly this what might seem like a little bit of help, restored his confidence and boosted his self-esteem and this made for a happier family environment.
Dominic moved into the funeral industry and saw at first-hand how families were struggling at this difficult time while dealing with the loss of a loved one and having to worry about the financial aspects too. Funeral poverty in the UK shows that one in 6 families either take out a loan or put money on a credit and to pay for a funeral. Dominic could see the pressure that they were under.
This led him to want to offer a funeral service that was transparent and fair from the first phone call and doesn’t cut corners. He also wanted to give something back to the British Legion and his fellow service men and women and families. Having spoken to the British Legion they now know that there is a funeral service that will work with families to give them the service they require.
He set up Fallon Family Funerals to plug a gap in the market, offering a respectful and dignified service for families for a fair price and Dominic intends to give an extra 10% to all serving and ex-military personnel and family.
